SENIORS PERFORMING ARTS CANADA

To All Members,

Joyce , Nevone and Myself, had a meeting yesterday (May 10^th) and, we discussed our Christmas show for this year, this is what we decided.

We are to have the show on Nov 21^st 2010 at 2:30pm

Tech rehearsal on sat Nov 20^th at 1:00 pm

Also we shall need to be informed of any ideas you may have, regarding special performances you would wish to present for the show, this information would be required no later than Sept 11^th 2010.

Rehearsals for the show shall begin on Sat Sept 25^th 2010, and will be held at out rehearsal hall 610 8^th Ave S.E. Time will be 1:00pm. And, shall continue until show time, if any special rehearsal are required, you will be notified, with as much lead time as possible.

Joyce will let you know later, as to what she expects from you during the rehearsal period.

We shall send out more info as and when needed
